Saquan Maxwell
Executive Director
Saquan Maxwell is a mentor, youth advocate, and community leader based in Maryland. Originally from West Baltimore, Saquan’s early life experiences shaped his passion for supporting young people facing adversity. After being adopted and moving to Howard County, he went on to graduate from Wilde Lake High School in 2017.
Saquan is the founder of PUSH (Persevere Until Success Happens), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. Through PUSH, he creates programs and events focused on mental wellness, personal growth, and providing opportunities for young people who may lack access to support and guidance.
Drawing from his own journey, Saquan is passionate about helping youth navigate challenges, build confidence, and realize their full potential.
Cortez Dillahunt
Executive Assistant
Cortez Dillahunt is a motivated and community-oriented individual who is passionate about education, mentorship, and youth empowerment. He strives to support and uplift others by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and encouraging young people to reach their full potential. As an educator and mentor, he values leadership, communication, and creating positive environments where individuals feel supported and inspired to grow. Cortez is committed to making a meaningful impact in his community while continuing to develop his professional and leadership skills through new opportunities and experiences.
